The biggest difference between aluminum disc-buckled scaffolding and traditional scaffolding lies in their different structures and connection modes. Traditional scaffolding needs fasteners to connect each scaffold tube, but aluminum disc-buckled scaffolding does not. So its components are different from traditional scaffolding. The components of aluminum disc-buckled scaffolding include horizontal pole, vertical pole, diagonal pole, top bracket, flat bracket, safety climbing ladder and hook board.
1. Horizontal pole
Aluminum disc-buckled scaffolding is generally made of Q235B. Its length can be made into 0.6M, 0.9M, 1.2M, 1.5M and 2.1M, and its wall thickness is 2.75MM. It is consists of plugs, wedges and steel tubes. The horizontal pole can be fastened to the vertical disc.
2. Vertical pole
Vertical pole is the main supporting component of aluminum disc-buckled scaffolding. Its material is generally using Q345B. The longest length can be 3M long. In domestic industry, it is usually made into 2M with the wall thickness of 3.25MM. Each 0.5M pipe with diameters of 48mm and 60mm is welded with a round connecting disc of fastening 8 directional joints. The end of the vertical pole is welded with a connecting sleeve or an internal connecting rod to connect the upright pole in the vertical direction.
3. Horizontal pole
The material of aluminum disc-buckled scaffolding is general Q195B. The wall thickness is 2.75MM. The horizontal pole is divided into vertical and transverse skew poles, which is for ensuring the stability of the frame structure. There are buckle joints at both ends of the poles. Its length is determined by the distance between the frames and the steps.
4. Top bracket
Adjustable top bracket (U bracket): The material is generally Q235B, the outer diameter of 48 series is 38MM, the outer diameter of 60 series is 48MM, the length can be made into 500MM and 600MM, the wall thickness of 48 series disc bracket is 5MM, and that of 60 series disc bracket is 6.5MM. The support is mounted on the top support of the vertical pole to support the keel and adjust the height of the support scaffold.
5. Flat bracket
Adjustable base (flat support): The material is generally Q235B, the outer diameter of 48 series is 38MM, the outer diameter of 60 series is 48MM, the length can be made into 500MM and 600MM, the wall thickness of 48 series is 5MM, and that of 60 series is 6.5MM, installed on the base for adjusting the height of the pole at the bottom of the frame (divided into hollow base and solid base). It should be noted that to ensure the personal safety of the construction personnel, the installation distance from the ground generally cannot exceed 30CM.
6. Safety ladder climbing
The aluminum disc-buckled scaffold is composed of 6-9 pedals and ladder beams. Its vertical height is generally 1.5M.
7. Hook pedal
1.5MM thick, pre-galvanized strip aluminum piercing and coiling welding, welding hooks at both ends, welding trapezoidal brace at bottom, high strength, light weight, generally a safety climbing ladder is composed of 6-9 aluminum pedal.
