, the ladder must be used before the general appearance check. Ensure that the ladder is structurally sound and that there is no dirt, grease or paint that prevents people from standing. The presence of fractures, gaps, or other defects that may affect safe use must be repaired and put to use.
, bamboo ladder feet must be with a concave groove rubber (such as car tires) lashing to increase their friction resistance. Wooden ladder feet because of their own inclination, must maintain the bottom of the foot and the floor parallel.
, Ladder placement please follow the "Four point of contact" principle: make sure that the top of the ladder's two handrails rests firmly on the solid wall, and that the two legs must be firmly supported on a hard, horizontal basis (not on a box or block of wood) and, if possible, fixed with a ladder and protected by a person.
, ladder placement should be as far as possible away from doors and windows, corners or channel mouth. If you must work in the vicinity of the above area, you should set up roadblocks or warning signs nearby. Make sure there is no heat and moisture near the ladder. No sundries shall be piled under and around the ladder.
, the ladder work angle to 75°±5° advisable, namely the ladder foot and the vertical wall surface distance and the ladder length ratio is 1:4. Horizontal gear (pedal) up and down to 30cm is advisable, no lack of gear.
, the height of the stand (work plane) do not exceed the ladder top down the third horizontal file. It is important to note that the top of the ladder is at least higher than the highest point you need to stand.
, if the site conditions permit, with foam pads or soft cloth wrapped in the top of the ladder, or with ropes to the top of the ladder fixed to the fulcrum, to prevent the ladder sliding and protect the wall surface.
, with the appropriate length of the ladder work. Do not tie the two short ladders to the growth ladder for use.
